Camelbak - How tough is it?

Sometimes there are just some things in life that we take for granted. Take the Camelbak waterbottle. We depend on it to work when we need it to. We demand that it retains the water that we load in it and we demand that it despenses water when we need it.
We also trust Camelbak to keep the water clean and make the container tough enough to put up with what ever task or sport we perform. And how do they ensure they meet our needs?
